Jet Force High Production Textile Dryers
Manufactured exclusively for MHM Direct by Adelco, the Jet-Force range of dryers are designed to satisfy the ever increasing demand for the highest quality curing systems at the most competitive prices.
This innovative range of dryers can be manufactured to operate on either natural, liquid propane (LPG) or butane gas (or alternatively in 100% electric versions) and offer some of the lowest gas consumption/running costs in the industry, whilst paying particular attention to the environment with ultra-low emissions.
Adelco have combined massive volumes of heated Jet forced air with remarkably even heat distribution and a tried and tested burner unit, not to mention the safety and control systems from the original Jetstream product range, world’s leading range of dryers and the industry standard for many years.
The modular design of the Jet Force enables tremendous savings in the original purchase cost of the dryer, allowing you to choose the precise configuration to suit your current needs.
Future expansion is made easy via the unique one metre ‘Drone’ extension module, which may be fitted to the existing dryer at any time with minimal cost implications. Drawing its hot-air supply from the existing burner unit, this ‘drone’ section offers greatly enhanced production and curing capabilities, maximising efficiency with the minimum of fuss.
With a useful range of options including Infra-Red preheat, fume extraction hoods, split belts and cooling modules, the Jet Force is the perfect solution for your entire drying and curing requirements.

Infra-red pre-heat section utilising the most energy efficient emitters. This unit increases production by rapidly boosting the substrate temperature upon entry to the oven. |
One metre drone extension module clips easily into place to enhance your curing capability even further without the investment of a full second module. (Connects to the existing burner unit for maximum efficiency and increased production). |
Available with ‘split-belts’ with individual speed controls to allow the curing of both plastisol and waterbased ink systems through the same dryer at the same time. (Particularly useful when running two machines through one dryer). |
