The all-new multi-purpose LittleRed™ X3-D infrared dryer cures direct-to-garment (DTG) printed textiles as well as plastisol, water-based and discharge-printed garments at higher rates than possible with conventional dryer designs.
It features a high-powered pre-heating zone that rockets ink temperatures past 300°F (149ºC) within the first several inches of the heating chamber, maximising the distance and dwell time for optimum curing of any ink, allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and dryer output.
The Little Red X3-D model is equipped with a 54" (137 cm) wide conveyor belt and three 48" (122 cm) wide infrared heaters designed to cure 720+ plastisol-printed garments/hour, 240+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/hour, and up to 90+ DTG printed garments/hour.
With an overall conveyor belt length of 88" (224 cm) combined with a 41" (104 cm) long heating chamber, the X3-D features a powerful 550 cfm targeted exhaust system as standard to rapidly remove moisture and air contaminates from the heating chamber, as well as to cool the outer skin and controls.
Capacity can be expanded as needs grow by adding optional modular heating chamber(s) and/or longer conveyor belts.
